Meet The Kiefer-Randall Construction Team

Co-owners Tim Kiefer and Jim Randall bring over 20 years combined experience in the home improvement business. Jim’s experience include many years in sales (floor covering, furniture and residential remodeling), estimating, and he has always had an interest for architecture and design. Tim, a former U.S. Marine, has years of experience as a job foreman and production manager, as well as experience in sales and estimating.

Tim and Jim have built a strong relationship with one another, allowing them to become great business partners and even better friends. Creating relationships is very important to both of them, which has become the foundation that they have used to build Kiefer-Randall Construction & Remodeling.
